At this time, I have been contacted directly by Care Plus Cleaners regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">Care Plus Cleaners has notified my husband and me that it has insurance and asked that we provide a letter (that it can forward to its insurance company) verifying the replacement costs of the items lost and claiming reimbursementWe did as the business requested, but are still awaiting paymentWe have received no remuneration whatsoever from Care Plus Cleaners for the lost items as of now.

Review: I brought two items to Careplus Cleaners for drycleaning -- a sports coat and a winter overcoat, both belonging to my husband. I paid the $32 upfront cleaning bill and the items were to be delivered on August **, 2014. When we did not receive the items, I followed up several times to find out where they were. The [redacted] (who is [redacted] and [redacted]) could not tell me. She believes they may have been erroneously delivered to the wrong client but has been unable to contact said client. The store claims they have insurance against loss of property so I don't need to worry. But as of September *, 2014, they still have been unable to locate the items. The replacement cost of the items is roughly $1,600, but the store has not offered to reimburse us and keeps asking us to "wait one more week." I am afraid I am being hustled and the clothes are lost.Desired Settlement: Either return the lost items or reimburse us for their replacement cost.
