Care Spot

Went to care facility back in april; told intake I was a university of FL (UF) student with school insurance but didn't have my card; she said she would contact them (and thus didn't bill me since we have 100% coverage)
Got a bill in may- I was out of the country; my mom called and they said they would contact UF to get the insurance info;
a month later mom got another bill; she called and they said she would have to call UF to get the billing info; she called UF and UF said they can't release that to third partyShe gave them care spots info and they were supposed to contact; she called care spot and told them and they said since there was only a few days left in which insurance would pay (due to requirements of submittting bill within a certain time) they would follow up
Needless to say, I got home and contacted carespot and UF and both said it was too late to process, despite both saying they would contact the other (particularly care spot as they made this assertion numerous tim
