We apologize for the experience in our facility on 04/10/I appreciate your time in making us aware of this situation and will address this immediately with the employeeHere at Care Station your health is our priority, customer service being very much a part of that I will ensure to address this with all representatives of Care Station to ensure no other patient experiences thisI would like for you to give us another opportunity in providing you and or your family with any medical care in the near future

Per our records, [redacted] was contacted by our office on 3/16/at approximately 11am in regards to her voicemailShe was advised by our staff the reason for the balance and that any additional questions regarding her plan benefits or the processing of the claim needed to be directed to her insurance carrierSince receiving the complaint, we have reached out additional times (3/23, 3/24/at 3:30pm and 4:47pm) without response

I am rejecting this response because:
I paid Quest Diagnostics last month due to the Care Station not responding in a timely mannerI would like to be reimbursed

Our office received notification of a complaint for *** *** account with our officeUpon reviewing her account, it was noted that she did contact our office on 6/14/and left a messageThe call was returned and a voicemail was left on our endWe have reviewed her account
and were able to identify an issue which we are now contacting her to rectifyWe have called multiple times since 6/27/at different times and left messages with no responseWe will continue to contact *** *** until we are able to get in touch with her and resolve the issue

Upon review of *** *** account, it was found that she was contacted by our office on 6/1/to resolve a claims payment issue for two outstanding office visitsThe insurance carrier had requested additional information that had not been receivedOur office reached out to advise her of this
and request that she respond so the matter could be resolved and her claims ultimately paid*** *** responded at that time that she would contact her carrierIn response to the Revdex.com letter we received, *** *** account was reviewed and it was noted that the same outstanding office visits were still unresolvedThe insurance carrier was contacted and we were advised that the information requested by them was still not received*** *** was contacted by the Billing Manager on 6/28/and advised that we had received her complaint and that we would be happy to work with her to resolve the issue however, we did need her to contact her insurance carrier to provide the missing information they were requestingAt that time, *** *** requested that her spouse, who is the policyholder, be contacted by our office to resolve the issue*** *** spouse was contacted the same day and stated that the carrier would be contacted and the matter resolvedIt was requested that a reference number for the call to the insurance carrier be provided once the call took place for our recordsWe have not yet received this informationThe claims matter is still pending on our end until this information is received

The customer is complaining about a bill they say they received but their account does not show any bill in that amountThe customer has a $balance

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However it's unethical to not be able to reach a manager or director at a health care facility. It took over a month and a half to get a response through a third party which is unheard of for a heath care center. I will accept response but will most likely never refer any one to this location and or be back for services.
