A paid receipt was mailed to [redacted] on 4/5/17 along with a thank you letter. We fixed a showerdoor that was not ours and we caulked around the base of the shower which was complementary. We uninstalled and re-installed her existing showerdoor and replaced channeling. Now she says that...
the complementary caulking around the base is peeling. We have tried everything we could to help her out including decreasing the price and doing more work than was originally agreed to. Our worker was there 3 hours and the job should have only taken an hour. Her existing door is over 10 years old and we are out of options. We have tried to fix a problem that is not fixable and feel we have gone above and beyond something we do for all our clients for almost 30 years. We don't usually try to fix any showerdoors that are not installed by us, however we were trying to help her out. We did everything we promised her and we feel bad that she is still not happy but we have tried to explain to her that we are out of options.
