My son has been going to this day care for over a year I also had my niece and nephew enrolled in it while I had placement of them when we signed up there was no silly rules about no 10 no after 10 a.m. drop off now they created a no drop offs after 10 a.m. because they I'll take their breaks at the same time which is the kidnapped I'm just after 10:30 cuz they eat at 10:30 and they also sleep for 3 hours that's what your nap time is which is ridiculous however that's not my point now I pay for this day care of three paid for it also I'm paid up till April 9th and I have multiple times what a two week notice in for my son because of this 10 a.m. Rural and I have been told that all the assets and communication you know if he's going to text me after 10 and whatnot so now when I even communicate that after 10 even if it's only like 14 minutes they say that he can't come in now I pay for the service and when I enroll my son I didn't sign anything with that as a policy so as far as I'm concerned they should take my son whether it's 10:15 or 10 or they should refund my money I put a notice in this last time I said it this week will be his last week and they said you have to put a 2 weeks notice in a couple weeks prior to that I tried to put a 2 weeks notice in because of that and I and she said we just want the communication so I let them know when we're going to be after 10 and anyways I only bring him no later than 10:30 so I don't know what their deal is but if they're going to expect me to pay the second week then they're going to take my kid whether it's 10:00 10:30 or 11:00 as far as I see it I pay for full-time care full-time not just got to be dropped off before 10 or he can't come I pay Full Time cast don't get discounts I don't get a refund on the days that I can't bring him because it's past 10 a.m. I prepaid for up till April 9th and she is telling me that I have to put the two weeks notice in which I already tried doing that a couple weeks before and she convinced me not to and she's do and this Friday is supposed to be my son's last day

Good afternoon

There will not be a refund. I have tried to be as flexible as I could. I waited months and months for payment as she always had excuses. The set time of 10am as last arrival was put in place to lessen class disruption, and make things as smooth as possible for all the children in the center. I feel there shouldn't have been a problem, this was asked by all families. There was several times I had to ask for communication because we never knew who or when her child would be picked up, arrival times weren't the only issue. There was several times that it was up to a half hour after we closed before someone would show up, that meant me paying my staff overtime. I had never tried "talking" anyone out of putting in their last 2 weeks. Never had I received any written request, I actually had to ask if she was putting in her 2 weeks. If my business was not up to her standards than she shouldn't have stayed as long as she did. Matter of fact I just received a message from complainant stating how much her son missed us and they were planning on stopping by with cards for staff.

Regards, A a business owner should not be allowed to keep someone's overpayment I was paid up until April 9th my son's last day was March 13th and that was after I did put the two weeks notice and I only wanted to do the one because I had tried prior to that to put a 2 weeks in and she had talked me out of it once again so I did inform her the two weeks but beyond that I want my refund my son was never picked up a half an hour late ever there was just a couple time that we were late and the latest I ever was picking him up with 20 minutes so that's bologna the business owner has the access to go in and do whatever on the check-in and check-out she pleases my problem isn't with the care of the daycare although there was some influences that were pretty ridiculous like my son being bit multiple times without the staff knowing and I find marks and take pictures of it but no that's not what I'm complaining about I'm complaining about my refund can just keep my money anything prior to when I put the $2,000 into that card account that she pulled it off of anything prior to that is done sat 2008 till April 9th my son's last day was March 13th that simple anything prior to the message informing me that I was paid up till April 9th was already billed and taken care of a business should not be allowed to just keep someone's money because they want to or because they complain to the Revdex.com and although still in text messages she is telling me she does not know when it's going to be ready $630 roughly

I will not keep any funds that isn’t owed. With that being said we are in a panoramic. The fact that it’s being said I change things are unreal. Best wishes
