Review: careco has refused a refund of my$400 security deposit citing fact that I did not give 1 week notice as per contract. However, I terminated their services precipitously based upon their aides not showing up on fri april 17 as scheduled and then coming on Monday april 20 when they were not scheduled. (Actual agreement with [redacted] was a Tues, Thurs and Fri schedule which was a stepdown from original 5 day a week contract} My 90 year old father needs care when scheduled. My whole experience with the company was that each time I called another person handled the matter. I was repeatedly told supervisor was unavailable. Also, the primary aide we intially agreed upon was typically not the one provided. Rather, my father received the services of a first time novice.Although I understood that he was the sub he became the regular.
