We signed up for what we understood to be a free service for fining home care/help with care.com. We entered credit card information for use once a service was located. We did not find a service provider, however we were charged on a quarterly basis $79 repeatedly. It was not clear that this would occur and we spent significant time and effort to get the charges stopped by working with my bank. The company hides behind excessively long wait times, failure to return calls and unclear deceptive website and billing information.
