for a one-year contract as an independent travel contractor at $per month with us on January 26, After we created all the paperwork, set her up in our system and sent out her logins for preferred suppliers for our travel company, Ms*** decided she did not want to keep her commitmentWe had to go through the process of deleting her from our system, and contacting all the suppliers that we had set her up with loginsIn addition, her initial payment was refunded to herWe usually collect 1/of the remaining year in payments plus a penalty fee for those who do not complete the contract, but we decided not to pursue it at that time
Ms***, being aware of our policies turned around and registered again with our company on July 25, with another one-year contract at $per monthI have both contracts on file
I was not initially aware that Ms*** had previously quit her first contract with us and so went through the entire process again of getting her registered and set up with supplier loginsWithin the same week, she decided she did to want to be with our companyHad I realized she had already registered to be an independent contractor with us, I would not have approved any logins
Once again, rather than try to collect from her what she owed us, her payments were cancelled, we took her out of our system, contacted all the suppliers she was registered with to have her deleted from the records, and decided not to refund her *** the initial payment for her contractWe have more than earned that from all the work we have done so far to get her registered in the industryWe will not at this time be refunding her initial payment on her contract
