which resulted in employment.  We are happy to continue to assist her with her job search and have offered her assistance on multiple occasions, including continued consultation with our Career Services professionals and encouragement to use our facilities to conduct her job search.
 
We believe our overall placement rates are outstanding, which averaged over 85% last year and have been over 80% for the last three years in a row.  We devote significant resources to assisting students with their job searches in order to help our students achieve these placement rates. Our experience has been that when students keep their activity levels high, show up on time for scheduled appointments, are not unreasonable in their expectations about their first jobs, maintain a positive attitude and consult regularly with Career Services for advice and support, they are overwhelmingly successful in their job searches after graduation.
 
We absolutely do promise to assist students with their job searches, but we absolutely do not guarantee that we will get students jobs or even that they are certain to get themselves jobs after graduation.  Employment decisions are made by employers and as much as we'd like them to decide to hire every one of our graduates, those decisions are beyond our control. Furthermore, we are subject to regulations of the State of California and the U.S. Department of Education that specifically prohibit making guarantees of employment upon graduation and require us to provide disclosures of such, which all prospective students are provided and acknowledge in writing prior to signing their enrollment agreements.  We undergo annual independent audits of our compliance with federal student aid regulations, periodic inspections from the State of California, the Veterans Administration, Workforce Investment Act One-Stop Centers and our accrediting agency, the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training, and our record of compliance is exemplary.
 
Our mission is to empower individuals to begin promising careers and to improve their lives.  We believe empowering means that students are responsible for their futures, including their job searches and that they are much more likely to succeed in school, with their job searches, and in life, when they take full responsibility for their futures.  This is in no way meant to minimize the responsibility we take very seriously to provide the high quality training and services we agree to provide when students enroll in and pay for our programs, but purely designed with students' success in mind.  We are happy to continue to support this student and remain committed to doing our best to help all of our students train for and begin promising careers and improve their lives.

I am aware that Career College of california helped me with a few interviews thats it. They took credit of the interviews I worked very hard to get and I defenetly think that it is not fare  to take credit on somebody's hard work for their own convenience. In the response they provided it said that they will help me but I still have not heard anything from the school after 4 months. I still think that Career College of califonia is a SCAM I defenetly regret wasting my time going to this school, I could of gone to a much better school but now its too late.

Review: Career College of California promises students that they will help you get placed in a job after you complete the program. I completed the program 6 months ago and I am still not working. Student services takes credit in all the interviews a student gets on their own and they say that they helped me when in fact I found the interviews on my own. When they find you a job its a really bad job offer. The job placements are horrible when they place you, you get fired after 30 days of working for that company. Other students and I started to see a pattern already when they fire you after a very short period of time and the placement opportunity is horrible. I have been emailing career servises to check in to see if they have any interviews for me and they always tell me that they don't have any interviews lined up for me. I am really stressed out because I cant afford to make any payments to my student loans. When I emailed the CEO assistant for help on getting placed to an interview he told me that he has reviewed my job interview history and he said that career servises has sent to a high amount of interviews and my job search is my responsibility. I think its not fair that they only take students money and saying that they will help get student a job when in fact they don't, they only take students moneyDesired Settlement: I would like a refund because they said that they would help me get placed in a job where I can utilize the material I learned in school . I cant afford paying my student loans right now because I still havent found a job
