Review: I graduated in 2010 2011 and I weny several times to the school and called for my dipolma I also never recieved transcripts im trying to attend school but need proof from this school they have yet not sent my diploma or transcripts ive been cqlling for a month no phone lines seem to work and I emailed them no response from anyone in the school. I honestly feel like I didnt recieve anything out of this but bills from this school.Desired Settlement: I want my diploma and transcripts

Review: I have been calling the school to take me final 2 class to graduate and complete my certification for Medical Assistant and to also get a copied of my certificate of registration for [redacted] for school loans. I leave messages and no one has returned back my classes and also the website is no longer coming up. I also need my BLS certification from the school. I never recieved my card!! I think the school closed with out any notice for I called the [redacted] campus and the same thing just leaving messages without no return phone calls. The numbers I've been calling ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. Also sent text message to my registration representative [redacted] ###-###-#### and email him at [redacted] The school website was [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would refund of my tution if I have to go to another school to complete the class or start all over again or to complete the class that are need to get my certification and the get my BLS certification. Also get this situation resolve with [redacted].

Review: I enrolled into the Medical Assistant program as a full-time student on April 2013 and expected to graduate in February 2014. However, the expectation of graduating in February 2014 was hindered by the school’s lack of transparency and communication with the student body.

Upon registration I was informed that the program required for me to take two classes per month, which would have been suffice to meet the full-time student criteria and satisfied the amount of credits required to graduate in February 2014. Instead, on the first day of the second module we were informed by [redacted] that due to unforeseen circumstances only one class per month would be offered by institute on a monthly basis.

Taking one class per month did not satisfy the criteria of a full-time student nor allowed me to acquire the necessary credits to graduate in February 2014 as promised by the Institute. Furthermore, I never signed anything agreeing to changes in full time criteria (full-time to part time). I was paying for full time classes and was only receiving one class per module (part time). This issue has brought an extensive amount of anxiety to my life and has deterred me from continuing my education with such school organization as the Career Institute of Health & Technology of Garden City NY.

I withdrew from Career Institute August *, 2013(Friday) and formally requested to cancel my student loans and I requested a full refund for the services not provided by the Institute. The following week the school offered students several options due to the “relocation” of the school. One option involved a full refund. I am extremely dissatisfied neither this option, nor was any option given to me as the school knew of this relocation WELL in advance of my withdrawal. I was told by [redacted] (Registrar) the school didn’t not know of this option prior to my withdrawal (lack of transparency and communication), which is very hard to believe.Desired Settlement: Career Institute should give me a full refund

Review: I attended Career Institute and I signed a contract stating that I would be taking full time classes and will also be graduating in February. I was there for 4 months and never received full time classes and they continued to push back my graduation dates months away. The professor would let us know the day is the class that a class was cancelled and that was the reason why our my graduation was pushed back three months. They failed to let us know in advance. I decided I could no longer stay in this school because I never received my full time classes that I was paying for and graduating way longer than I thought. I withdrew asking for a refund of the classes I didn't take. I late found out three days after I withdrew the school was moving and they gave students and option to withdraw and get a full refund. I was upset I was not offered that option and I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund back to the lenders.

Review: Today 11/**/2015, I have called five different times in the last week, to reach a staff member or anyone regarding requests for transcripts with the phone number disconnected. The years in question are 1997-2003. I have [redacted] and still nothing. Where do I go to receive my TRANSCRIPTS?!!!! I need one personal and one sent to my school where I am now attending.Desired Settlement: Please respond with a staff/representative from the school and tell me how and where to receive my Transcripts.
