Well after months, I have yet to receive what was paid forI paid for their resume writing serviceAs of this time, I have yet to receive my "professionally written" resumeAlso, I called the number listed here, and was told that it is not for themIt was a personal number, and not a business number

I found this service on [redacted] a couple months ago because I was looking for a job and needed a polished resume. I'd have to say, the process to get a resume done was a lot more than I thought. I had to fill out this long questionnaire after redeeming my voucher and it took them quite a bit longer to complete my resume after going back and forth with questions. It took so long (almost 30 days), that I started to request a refund.

But they finally sent the final resume over and I have to be honest and say it looked great. As a way of apologizing for the wait, they offered me a free phone consultation and gave me really good tips on how to find a good job.

I as in the job market for about 9 months prior with NO luck but that next week I had 3 interviews and am now working. So that 30 days was well worth the wait. And I see why now, they service hundreds of clients each month. So overall, it was a good exerience. I just think they should communicate more with the clients on when they should expect their resume and the reason why it's taking so long. This would help ease our frustration a lot.
