I am rejecting this response because: I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! I AM VICTIM OF PRICE GOUGINGEVERYBODY IN MY FAMILY IS ANGRY WITH ME BECAUSE I let CTI economically abuse meI need to get my family out of the poorhouse and I need to feed themI pass the A+ exam in my book, I got a 65% percent and that's below average, but that's passing, I learned in elementary school that the 60's is a passing gradeAnd on the practice exam I got a 73% grade and the 70's is average and that's a passing gradeBut, I feel I did not learning anything and when I enter the IT field, I am going to feel cluelessMy father is 1/years old and he is still working part-time doing manual laborHe is still working to support my family so we can get out of the poorhouse

In his
response, the student brings up a new issue to the table I would
like to apologize to the student for misspelling his name. In the
document that CTI sent to Revdex.com, CTI found the student's name correctly spelled
times and no misspellings. It is possible that there was an
inadvertent mistake somewhere in the introductory e-mail on the Revdex.com
website; we have no record of that e-mail message and have no way to
resend it or delete itAgain, we are sorry about this
unintentional spelling inaccuracy
CTI remains
open to talks leading to a fair, satisfactory solution to both parties
involvedThe student's last message is silent regarding the original
complaint issue, however. Our previous response included a number of
offers CTI made to the student and those offers are still on the table
We look forward to receiving the student’s response to our offer
