Upon reviewing the account for Michele [redacted] , it appears that on 2/8/her resume was set to private through some process I confirmed that the resume is currently set to public and should not change unless some action is taken by the user

We are currently working with Vicky to ensure her resume is properly uploaded on the site We have identified a problem with our new parsing tool that generates a timeout when attempting to upload her resume We were able to successfully upload a version of Vicky's resume to our site and we will continue to work with her to ensure we fully resolve the challenges around her uploading resumes to our site

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11092686, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, Vivian [redacted]

As a company our goal is maintain a high since of integrity and protect our consumer’s informationMy support organization is currently scrubbing the site to locate the number and any variationI do understand that this is very intrusive for the customer and I will provide the necessary due
diligence at locating and removing the number

We apologize for this individual’s experience with CareerBuilderUnfortunately, there are those who wish to make their messages seem legitimate by using the CareerBuilder name without authorization, which is the case with the unwanted message received by this jobseekerWe do not condone the
sending of these messages and the incident in question did not happen through the CareerBuilder platform

At no point did CareerBuilder misrepresent or mislead the customer on the level of service or product capabilityThe Support & Sales team worked in collaboration to resolve a multitude of client’s issues and concernsBetween April and November 2015, Support Services successfully worked
incidents that included: removing users, correcting branding issues, and changing email addressSales was equally diligent about setting up calls with customer and only recommending additional products when the expectations from the client changed

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: we were misrepresented regarding the number of candidates we had agreed to pay for
Sincerely,
*** ***

We are currently working on restoring the email address in question This process does require some technology time as the delete process is meant to prevent users from leveraging recycled emails addresses from Internet Service Providers We plan on making the email address active again,
but if this not accomplished in a resonable timeframe, the client has the ability to create a new address that will work fine with our platform With our best efforts, we hope to have the email address active this week

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because the company has been made aware of the issue and has taken no action to stop itScammers are accessing the CareerBuilder website to obtain personal information
Sincerely,
Michael ***

I am rejecting this response because: I never used your service. They calling to reach a different individual.

CareerBuilder has worked with Mr. [redacted] over the past several months to resolve this issue.  Mr. [redacted] leveraged our products and services with non-payment to include 3 open invoices for $1200.00.  Mr. [redacted] requested to purchase an additional month of our services, but we declined requesting payment for the open invoices.  We informed Mr. [redacted] that the debt would be sold if he refused to make payment or work with our team to improve his search results.  Mr. [redacted] informed CareerBuilder that his legal team would address the issue and since no further communication took place outside of the Revdex.com compliant the debt has been handed over to a collection agency.  If Mr. [redacted] wishes to resolve the issue, he should communicate directly with the debt collection company. We would be willing to work with Mr. [redacted] and the collection company to halt any attempts to collect on this owed debt, but no refund or credit is warranted.

As stated in previous responses, we have scrubbed our database and we no longer show a resume or profile listing Mr. [redacted]'s phone number [redacted].  The number was previously associated with another jobseeker that listed the number in error, this has been removed.  If Mr. [redacted] continues to get calls then he needs to refer to the previous responses for additional help.

Contact Name and Title: Support Management
Hello [redacted]
Your account for email [email protected] has been deleted. This account was showing that a resume was made public back in 2014 and even though it is not public currently, while it...

was, companies have the option to download and save your resume.
For anyone that may contact you in the future and say they received your resume via CareerBuilder, it would only be possible if they had downloaded it at a time before we removed your resume and deleting your account.
You do not have an active account with CareerBuilder any longer and companies can no longer find your information on our site through the email address you have listed above.
Keep in mind that we do not require you to have an account to apply for jobs through our site and at any point if you do apply through our site companies you apply to can reach out to you directly through their account on our site.
I hope this helps and we wish you the best.

Any future contact that you receive would be due to this reason since you have been deleted and your resumes have all been removed. Before the customer purchased the CareerBuilder product the Sales representative performed a very extensive demo with the customer. The customer was able to see customers that met her criteria. The customer was made aware that the Recruitment Edge product was in Beta. In addition to the pre-sales...

meetings the Sales representative conducted post-sales trainings to ensure the customer had a grasp of the product.
