Review: I received an e-mail solicitation for a job offer to my professional e-mail account. I responded inquiring how my information was obtained as I am not currently nor will in the near future be looking for a job, thus have certainly not provided my information anywhere for my current profession. Furthermore, I have had a contract for my current position without performing any sort of job search. The reply was that all of my information is listed on CareerMD.com, which the responder's company has a paid subscription in order to obtain people's information. I attempted to contact CareerMD.com by e-mail on 10/30/14 and, as of 11/30/14, have received no reply. Meanwhile, I have received another unwelcome solicitation from the company itself to provide my full CV.Desired Settlement: I want my information removed immediately from their website. I want them to stop contacting me or for another to contact me with information obtained via their website. Additionally, I would like a signed and notarized affidavit that my information has been removed no later than December 15, 2014.
