We would like to assist [redacted] but it appears she is contacting the wrong company.  We could not locate a payment from anyone using the email address [redacted].  We also searched for all payments made on 02-22-2015 which she states the payment was made with...

negative results.  Finally, we searched for her last name and could not locate a payment.  If [redacted] could provide the username that was used to access the member's area we could lookup her account that way.  Also we do not sell or have ever sold anything for $29.00 at PoliceQuiz.com.  Memberships to PoliceQuiz.com have always been $24.95.  We also have no record of anyone using the above email address requesting a refund under our TOS which we state we will issue a full refund if a member does not pass their respective exam once they send us proof of failure.  Requests for refunds are usually answered within 24 hours and are issued within 24 hours once the member/buyer provides us with proof of failure for their respective exam as per our TOS ([redacted])We've had over 75,000 and have issued hundreds of refunds over the years without an issue.   There is no need for us to not issue a refund under our TOS which is located at http://www.policequiz.com/moneyback.htm. Review: I purchased a hutto police department practice testing program for my husband from This company due tomorrow they advertised a 100% money back guarabtee if he didn't even pass. He didn't pass and they said they would give me an immediate refund especially after I told them that their ADVERTISING stating updated for 2015 hutto police department test was completely inaccurate base on my the test u husband Lamar Wilson took. There is I customer service number so I emailed on at least 4 occasions stating I had not received my refund, and NEVER got replies after the initial one saying I was being issued a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $29 and their advertisement for the hutto police test removed
