Client placed order for an item (x BD PERISAFE EPIDURAL NEEDLES # XXXXXX) on Nov 15th, This item is clearly marked 14-days under Availability on the product pageWhere this is indicated it is also a weblink to our FAQ
section that clearly defines that this is an estimate of when we expect to ship it by as this is a Special Order item with a manufacturerWe also require clients to Agree to these terms at checkoutSpecial Order items aka "14-days" are not returnable and can not be cancelled if too far in the processIt is up to the manufacturer to determine this and we can let our client know
Our client requested that this item be cancelled and we indicated that it could be but discovered that the manufacturer already had it en route to our warehouse facilityWe immediately indicated this to our clientOnce item shipped client refused deliveryWe are currently awaiting the return of this item to inspect it and ensure it is unopened and in saleable conditionWe have confirmed with the manufacturer that they will make a one-time exception and accept the return of this itemWe notified the client of this last week and once the item is delivered to us that they should expect a 24-hour inspection periodAssuming the item is unopened, unmarked, and in saleable condition we will refund the item amount of $Refunding this amount then brings their order total under $which is the qualifying point for Free Shipping on the other item they purchasedWe will still honor the Free Shipping although our delivered cost on this item is 1/higher than their purchase priceWe also will charge any restocking fee on the returned item or charge for return freight
We are saddened that our only complaint is a matter such as this where we have worked with the manufacturer and client to ensure the client's request is met and have agreed to refund the $for the item within 24-hours once the item is returnedExpected return date is 1/2/via UPS and assuming the product meets all criteria, we will refund the client no later than 1/7/Furthermore, the client has put a hold on their credit card payment so at this time we are unable to refund anything until that hold is lifted

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you expect to know when or if you are going to receive the product you have purchased, I suggested you try a more reputable company. I placed my order 9 days ago and it stills says "awaiting shipment". I've tried calling, leaving voicemails, sending emails... All with no response. By far and away the worst experience I have ever had. I am not even sure this is a real company. They are never in the office and the only people that have answered their phone have been an answering service.

Placed an order online on October 10. After not receiving my products 2 weeks later, I emailed customer service- no response. A few days later I emailed customer service again- still no response. I finally called the customer service number and was told they would check in to the delay and get back to me. 2 days later I receive an email saying the product was on back order but is now available and will ship in the next 1-2 days. The website clearly states that if an item is back ordered they will notify you in 24 hours, I was never notified. I emailed the customer service rep and asked for my order to be cancelled. I was informed that it was too late and the order was already shipping. 5 days later I have still received no shipping information or product. I will never do business with this company again. Worst service ever!
