I have contacted [redacted] on duty at the time, [redacted]. I was told that customer had no receipt. He would have been able to locate purchase if customer had used a credit card, but he paid with cash. Its hard...

to locate past transactions when its a cash purchase. Also, it was not the same batch number as the batch number that was on shelf. No other customer has complained about the olive oil. I have contacted the Complainant to ask him to bring olive oil back for a refund.
He has told me that he has sent it to the manufacturer and they will be replacing olive oil. They will also give him an extra bottle for his trouble.
I had given customer my name and phone number in the event that he had any other problem.
