My mom called the number and the man was taking her name and about to take her address when it sounded like metal falling, gunfire, and shouting and then the line went deadI wish the reviewer would have given the phone number for adental because I can't find it

Rudest people ever!!! I would never do business with this company!!!! I called to get information and the customer service rep who answered the phone treated me like a year old!!!!!!!!!

You be the judgeI called to enroll in the Carefree dental planThe plan is sold on a month to month ($14.99) payment deducted from a credit or debit cardI prefer not to do business this wayI specifically asked if the plan was available on an ANNUAL paymentI was specifically told it was notBecause I needed services quickly, I reluctantly agreed to have my card payment deducted on a ONE TIME basesI inquired if my future payments could be paid by my bank using my internet bank payment serviceMany companies have a direct transfer agreement for the funds, and if such an agreement doesn't exista physical check will be mailedI was told that was not possible(What sort of business cant accept a check directly from a bank?)
I was told that I could make a monthly payment by check (that I write) if I wished toWhen I received the information my letter clearly stated that I was enrolled in the automatic withdrawal planI called to say that this is NOT what I had agreed toI was also having difficulty with the internet access to providers featureI called to discuss these issuesThe agent found that she could not access the provider list on the internet eitherI received some conflicting info regarding the way the payment plan worksI was then told that if I wanted to make a monthly payment by CHECK, there was a $service charge (on top of the $14.99) for each paymentI requested to speak to a supervisorThe supervisor was much more helpfulI was informed that there indeed IS an annual payment available at a considerable savings of $for a years serviceI was thrilledI asked them to send me the necessary info to proceedI received the same packet of info and a new cardWhat I DIDN'T receive was anything regarding an annual paymentI called again and asked about receiving a bill for an ANNUAL paymentI was told that since I was already enrolled, I could not make an annual paymentWhen I explained that when I enrolled I specifically ASKED about an annual payment and was turned downSo I never had the option of making such a (annual) payment when I enrolledThe agent put me on hold and when she returned she claimed she had spoken to a supervisor and there was nothing that could be done about it now, despite the fact that the error (misrepresentation) was on their end to begin withWhen I asked to speak with the supervisor, myself, I was turned downI asked why I couldn't speak to the supervisorAfter all it was a supervisor that told me that I could make an annual paymentI was told that the supervisor was busy taking calls and she would call me back in BUSINESS HOURSThis could easily be days not including the upcoming weekend I told them I had oral surgery scheduled and it could put me dangerously close to the "anniversary date" of my enrollmentI wanted to be sure I was coveredi was told that there is a grace period and that wouldn't be a problemAt this point I was anything but confident that the info was correct or that I would ever receive a call backAfter several days, I hadn't heard anythingMy oral surgery was scheduled for the weekend and I lacked any confidence that my plan was activeI again called and the agent I spoke to CLAIMED that he was a supervisorI stated my case againI asked who the supervisor was that had told me that I could enroll annually(ALL CALLS ARE LOGGED AND RECORDED so I was told)I couldn't get any confirmation of the previous agents or supervisors I spoke to or what was saidHe still refused to give me an annual enrollmentHe claimed that he would investigate the matter and call me back(Its been a week and a half at this point and no calls back)
My experience with using the card AT TWO PROVIDERS ON THE CAREFREE PROVIDER LIST, were essentially the sameThe providers didn't recognize the card or understand what benefits I was supposed to receive (if any)The first provider at some point, contacted someone and determined that the benefits were "discounts" under the "*** Dental Access Plan"I DID receive the discountI decided to investigate this plan furtherAs it turns out "Carefree Dental" us simply a RE SELLER of the *** Dental Access planThe parent company is ADental which has an A rating with the Revdex.comI contacted Awho was very helpful and got me signed up with an annual fee of $+ an initial $enrollment fee the first .year This is for the same coverageThis is going directly to the sourceThis is an A rated companyIt saved me $a year (or more)Need I say moreDON'T deal with "Carefree Dental " it is anything but carefreeThey are a RE SELLER of a good plan that you can get for a lower cost by dealing direct (with ADental)
Carefree simply wants your bank or credit card info and to set you up on a monthly deduction plan which will cost you $more dollars a yearCarefree does not seem to be recognized or known to the providers (that I used)From MY experience the company is NOT responsive to customer service or inquiries and misleads you into monthly deductions which benefits THEMThey will not call you back if there is a problemBottom Line: I DON'T TRUST THEM
I am not affiliated with ANY company or entity I have listedI am strictly a consumerrelating an experience I hadCarefree Dental is advertised on TVThe scope of such ads is unknown to meSince my involvement, I am also getting various online ads promoting the companyI have given you the name of the actual plan provider (ADental)Do your own research (including Revdex.com) and then be the judgeCarefree Dental has now sent me a "Past Due' bill and is still trying to get me signed up for direct withdrawal or check payment with up chargeNo annual payment has been offeredThey have not called me backAs far as I am concerned, my business with them has ended

I can not find a dentist that does root canals. (Endodontists)

I am satisfied with my findings of dentist doing the exam, x-ray, cleaning, fillings.
