I am a primary care physician in Minnesota I suspect this company is engaging in *** billing fraud They sent me a form to be filled out for a patient of mine so that she could get a special back brace called a spinal orthosis brace The patient did not initiate any such request and had no idea what I was talking about when I inquired of her about the request for the brace I believe this company is trying to fraudulently bill *** for medical equipment that the patient is not requesting
