I am rejecting this response because:
Yes I agree there are two sides to the story and unfortunately the only correct thing in her statement was that I did tell her I had a headache. At no point did I tell her I did not want the room. I simply wanted a better understanding why the amount was different from what I was quoted. I knew that there would be taxes and fees but did not anticipate that the amount would be so great. She failed to mention the part where she attempted to photo copy my credit card and that she threw the card at my face. She maybe years old but that particular day she acted like a year old throwing a tantrum simply because someone questioned her
I as any patron would want a clear understanding as to why a different price is asked to pay when making a purchase. I never refused the room I was told that I could not have the room and asked to leave. Being in a different state and the fact that I had my son's girlfriend with me I left because I did not want the situation to escalate any further. My son's girlfriend even call back to speak to this lady and she was rude to her as wellThis lady told my son's girlfriend that the price given online is an estimate and that the hotel can charge what they want. I will gladly provide her contact information if it is requested.
To answer her statement that I am used to getting what I want, well I work with the public on a daily basis with both my jobs and with that said I provide excellent customer service so I EXPECT excellent customer service. I did not deserve to be treated the way that she treated me. At no time did I raise my voice to her or refuse to go see the room because she never offered me the room. The breach of contract came the moment she told me to leave and that there would be many people standing outside to rent the room. Also, curious as to how the transaction went through seeing as how I never signed the transaction receipt authorizing the amount. I would like to have a copy of the transaction receipt because if there is a signature on it then it was forged and forgery and uttering is a crime in every state.
It’s really sad that this lady wants to lie on me simply for $206.31; she acts as if she is getting commission on my transaction. I don’t understand for the life of me why someone would go to such extremes I honestly feel that due to her behavior I may not be the only victim of this establishment but I am not going to sit idle and be treated as if I don’t have rights
So again produce the receipt and show me the signature on the receipt authorizing the transaction because I NEVER SIGNED IT. I told her I would sign the receipt once I had an understanding about the charges when she could not figure it out herself she attempted to add some figures on the calculator but I guess math is not her strong point because she couldn’t get it to make since herself that is when she became irate and acted like a child

To answer your complaint, yuo are right there are two sides to every dispute And the truth is that April 17, about 5:PM guest named*** *** came in to check in first thing she she has had a bad day and a bad headach I told her I hope after a rest she would feel better
She handed me a new credit card she wanted to used so I put it in and run it for the total amount of it went throu Then when she went to sign it she said no it's wrong amount that she wasn't having it I just explain that what oritz fax to us and we only go by what they send because it was a package deal plus you have to pay tax She started fussing no, noyelling I'm only paying I told her she needed to call her booking and check the rate online She did it on line and they the ones to fixed itShe then said she just didn't want to stay here she could cancel the credit card and go somewhere else I told her she would still have to pay the amount and it was nonrefundable She didn't want to go to the room are nothing She was yelling I am years old I know better No at no time did I yelled are fuss I know how to treat guests I told her no fund then we could have rent the room if we didn't have it reservedfor lots more moneyBut I didn't tell her thatShe used a different card was the only reason to copy it but she yell I handed it back
She yelled and fuss more I told her I didn't have to hear that and I would call the police She decided not to stay and left
We only charge what the agency fax to us Her package deal orbitzNo we didn't refused her the room She didn't want it and left No we didn't breached nothing None of what she said is the truth Except we did charge her card and she knew it was non refundable She said ok she get it back anyway She treated me bad and talked ugly No she doesn't deserve a refund at allNow lies She just used to getting her waySorry about answer late, I got out of hospital May 2nd We never refused her the room She left and Orbitz called I explain they said OK She refused to pay amount Called orbitz.
