With the leather chair; when our nurse went out for intake, one of her sons was sitting in the chair rocking back and forth and the nurse observed already existing damage on the wallWe spoke with both aids working in her homeOne aid did state she sat in the chair but did not damage anythingWe have written statements from both aids and the nurse stating this and that the damage was preexistingThe consumer was contacted by myself and requested to speak to the owner, which we have attemptedWe are not responsible for the damage
