Noticed a charge for $through my ATM for Godaddy.comThere was a charge for $119.88, and $359.76, two charges which were not authorized by meWhen I spoke to [redacted] at Godaddy.com they mentioned it was a charge from Caregivers I would like an explanation why the company is using my credit card info for personal use?
This letter is in response to the two alleged complaints against my complaints against my company Caregivers just for you. [redacted] is false and trying to get back money that he paid for 24hr care for 1 year of service. As per his contract with the company. Also his claim that he was told that the money was to cover payroll is false he paid half of his service fees up front and the rest was given to me a few days before payroll so I could to payroll. I also have a signed contract with him stating this. [redacted] contract was up in January 21, 2017 and when it came time to sign a new one he refused because I increased the rate due to him sexually harassing over 15 of my employees and him being a liability for my company and because he didn't want to pay holiday pay. Then [redacted] refused to pay the last 3weeks of service. He also solicited 3 of my employees to work for him privately which was a volition for his contract as well ad my former employees. As to his other complaint I did not purchase anything from go daddy.com with his card. In the beginning of January he heard me on the phone trying to see when my replacement card was coming so I could redo my website and he said that he would put it on his card if I gave him the money which I did and he called go daddy and ask them if he paid for this would it automatically charge his card again and they told him no. But comes to find out it did without my knowledge or me authorizing it. All of this is on record with go daddy.com Mr. [redacted] is really starting to forget things. You can ask an of his family and they will tell you the same thing. He knows how much/important it is for me to be apart of the Revdex.com and now he is just trying to ruin that and my name.
