The nurses are great, the home is pleasant. They do charge a $25 a day late fee, $60 a day to store 2 suitcases in a closet after your loved one passes, and neglects to remind you of the fee despite multiple email correspondence. They are in breach of their own residential contract stating a refund will be made in 60 days! 2 months of numerous attempts to contact them without response.
