Hi [redacted] ,We've received your email requesting to update your listing since you no longer offer child careWe've gone ahead and updated the listingI'd like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused youWe received your request on Friday July 14th (you emailed us on 7/at 11:36pm EST) and this Revdex.com complaint was filed on July 15th (only business day after you sent us an email)Again, I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but please understand that business day if a very short time frame for us to receive your request, and act upon itWe receive dozens (or sometimes hundreds) of calls and emails daily, and we have a very small team that offers a free service to parents looking for child careIt often takes us a bit of time to respond to inquiries, though we do our best to respond to everyone within a reasonable time frame.As mentioned above, we have already gone ahead and updated your listingI hope you find this to be a suitable response to your concernI also wanted to let you know that your listing had been created from publicly available information (from the State child care licensing website)As a (former) licensed child care provider, you were publicly listed on the State websitePlease note that your full address was never listed on the website, but the State website's public information was the source of your listingWe try to update our website, but it occasionally gets outdatedIf that's the case and a child care program closes, the (former) owner typically contacts us, and we update that listingAgain, that's what we have done with your listingWe simply had not had a chance to get to your inquiry which was only received day before this complaint was filed.I hope you will find this to be a suitable resolution, and hope that you will therefore withdraw this Revdex.com complaintShould you have any other question or concern, do not hesitate to contact us.Thank you in advance,CareLuLu Customer Service

Hello Ms [redacted] ,I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the resolutionIn your email to us (received July 14th) and in your Revdex.com complaint (filed July 15th), you requested things: 1) that your account information be updated since you were not licensed anymore (so that you no longer appear as a child care provider on our website), and 2) an apology for the errorYou've received a personal email from our CEO addressing both of those requestsBoth of those requests were also addressed through the Revdex.com website Therefore, I'm unsure why you've rejected this response to your original complaintPlease let me know if there was anything that you had requested that was not done? Regarding your additional request in your response, in which you are asking for the website where your information had originally been gathered: it was on the State licensing website, as indicated in our first emailI've attached an image of the website here for your review (it’s the checkccmd website)Since you are not licensed anymore, you are no longer listed on the State websiteWe apologize if the information wasn't completely accurate, but it is where your information was originally published (the State website also indicates that some information may be inaccurate)If you'd like to check, you may contact the State to confirm that they indeed publish information about licensed programs (I assume they would have a record of your child care program being listed on their website) Also, I wanted to address your latest in which you say that you're not totally convinced we would have responded without this Revdex.com complaintYes, I assure you that we would haveHaving a child care program listed on our website when the provider isn't licensed (and doesn't offer child care) isn't useful at allIt leads to unhappy parents (who waste time contacting programs that do not provide care), and of course, it leads to unhappy (former) child care providers who may get inquiries from prospective parents whom they cannot accommodateIt also leads to additional customer service inquiries for our companyIn short, there's really no benefit whatsoever for our company to have you listed if you are not licensedAs mentioned on my previous response, we would have responded but we simply hadn’t had the time yet to reply to your request, since you filed a complaint only business day after you contacted us I hope this addresses your concerns, and will lead to a positive resolution of this complaintAgain, both of the requests you had made in order to resolve the complaint have been addressed, so I hope you will find this satisfactoryShould you have any other questions, feel free to email us again at [redacted] , or you may reply directly to our CEO's email, if you'd like to contact him Thank you! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am in receipt of your response to my complaintWhile I am not totally convinced you would have responded without seeing my complaint filed with the Revdex.com, I want to know which MD state website you found that information, as I can hardly believe that they would have published what you had listed on your websiteI was never licensed or provided care for newborns; therefore, I nor the state of MD would have ever indicated that I provided child care for infants as young as weeks oldAgain, I want to view for myself where you saw this information so let me knowI await your response Sent from my iPhone Sincerely, [redacted]
