We do pay our caregivers for any shift they arrive at and provide even when you ask or approve a caregiver leaving early when they have completed the tasks and cares you requestedThey are paid for the greater of the scheduled shift or if you extended the actual hours of care at the time of the shiftThese are the same number of hours we charge youAll invoices documented these hours and were made available to you and your designated financial person who managed the payment process on your behalf
