I came into this place after falling off my bike. First they didn’t find my insurance in the system, then they saw me in and just put water in my wound and got X-ray. They told me nothing was broken and sent me off back home.
My wound got infected, I had to pull off the scab and disinfect myself a few days later. 3 weeks later my knee was still swollen so I went to my orthopedist, they decided to take another X-ray and found that my knee cap was fractured from the fall, and immediately put a brace to eliminate movement and ordered to use crutches to avoid putting weight on my knee while I got and MRI as I could have hurt my meniscus... this place is not good. I may have made my knee worse because of their lack of care. I will see what the MRI shows. But I wouldn’t come to this place. Really dangerous
