Again I apologize for your experience with Careology I can only respond based on the facts that I have Every other student that registered for class was here, with no issues or concerns expressed to myself regarding finding the office I spoke with the individual that checks the messages when I am teaching and you actually did leave one voice message that was returned to you letting you know that the class was in fact being conducted as well as the location listed was accurate and there wasn't any further communication from you Immediately upon receiving the request for the reverse of charges that was taken care of, for services you have stated you did not receive The is true you did not receive them, what happened when you arrived at Careology I can't say, since as I stated before all other students where here and accounted for Class always begin at 8:and the doors at always open between 8:and 8: I hope you have received your certification and good luck to you I'm sorry your experience with Careology was not great

Unfortunately the first time I was notified of this issue was through the Revdex.comI received no voicemails or emails stating someone was lost and there was no classWe did have classes at the Careology office in the month of August (15th - 18th) as scheduled on the calendar and every student that was
registered for class showed up with the exception of the complainantA week after the class we received a notice through our credit card payment system that the complainant disputed the charge on his card stating it was not him that made the purchaseI do have those documents on fileAgain I don't have a record of this individual calling or emailing stating he was lostThe class was held in the location that was posted on the website, and every other student showed up for class and no one expressed any issues with finding the location

I am rejecting this response because:I was not lost and I came to the Careology institute on time as discussed in email to find a locked door with Careology institute logo on it, and an unresponsive phone number that I got from Careology's websiteNever did I tell my bank that I wasn't the one who made the charge, I told them I never got the service that I was promised by CareologyYou have to understand that I needed this certification in time and I did do everything possible to get in touch with Careology to complete the training (including knocking on the Careology-logoed door before and during posted office hours, and blowing up their phone; they must be deaf not to have heard my countless calls!)Or perhaps there is a good and a bad Careology institute and I just happened to get the bad one, or how else could one explain such a radical discrepancy in perspectives?

Review: Purchased the Initial RCFE Certification Course from here. Got a confirmation with schedule and school location. Showed up on said date and time and the office was closed! The phone was silent! Emails were ignored! I attempted contacting the staff continuously for two weeks, both before, during and after office hours: silence. I had to contact my bank to reverse the charge since Careology was a dead end for me. It has been several weeks, I got my money back but I wasted lots of time and still don't know what went wrong: nobody attempted to contact me. There isn't anything else that would have made my interaction with Careology any worse.Not sure if it closed down or not, but it's surprisingly still on CCLD's list of approved vendors. If they did go out of business they should have taken the website down. If they are still in business then they are the most irresponsible bunch I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: Pick up the phone during office hours. If not there, modify office hours or the voicemail message??Reply to emails.Turn off website if no courses offered, instead of it scheduling people for non-existent courses.Remove yourself from list of approved vendors if you are not going to offer the service anymore.

I have been trying to sign up for classes for over a week. I have called this institute multiple times and have several messages to no avail. No one has bothered to call me back to give me any kind of info regarding their courses. What am I supposed to do?
