I rented a breast pump from Liberty Pharmacy in North Liberty (through CarePro Home Medical)My husband paid for the first month when he obtained the pumpI then returned it and paid for the second and final monthThey stated they were in between paper and electronic systems, but they were able to locate my account and settle it after about minutes of looking and asking others at CareProFast forward two months and I receive a call that my bill is past dueI informed them that it was paid in full and then followed up with Liberty Pharmacy who assured me again that it was resolvedFast forward another month and I am still receiving delinquency notices and threats to turn over to collection on a bill in which they collected full payment before an invoice even needed to be sentAlthough the breast pump was great, CarePro customer service and billing practices are the worst I have ever experiencedI would recommend them to no one

I then returned it and paid for the second and final month. They stated they were in between paper and electronic systems, but they were able to locate my account and settle it after about 20 minutes of looking and asking others at CarePro. Fast forward two months and I receive a call that my bill is past due. I informed them that it was paid in full and then followed up with Liberty Pharmacy who assured me again that it was resolved. Fast forward another month and I am still receiving delinquency notices and threats to turn over to collection on a bill in which they collected full payment before an invoice even needed to be sent. Although the breast pump was great, CarePro customer service and billing practices are the worst I have ever experienced. I would recommend them to no one.
