Review: I HIRED HIM FOR MY WEDDING AND HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER HE WOULDN'T ANSWER TO CALLS, REPLY TO MESSAGES, HAS A BAD ATTITUDE. HE'S NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. HE NEVER GAVE US THE ENGAGEMENT PICTURES WHICH WERE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. WE HAD TO BE HUNTING HIM ALL THE TIME FOR THE MOST SIMPLE INQUIRY. MY HUSBAND AND I GOT MARRIED IN JUNE 2011, EVER SINCE WE'VE BEEN ASKING HIM FOR THE ENGAGEMENT PICTURES. LAST THING HE SAID IS THAT WE HAD TO PAY $250 FOR HIM TO RETRIEVE THE FILES, SOMETHING THAT WAS INCLUDED AND WE NEVER RECEIVED.Desired Settlement: WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE OUR PICTURES WE NEVER RECEIVED, OR SOME KIND OF REFUND.

I'm a professional and just because you hired a photographer does not give you the right to yell, customer had an attitude and asked me to remove people on her video that she does not like just because they are wearing cowboy's hats, thinking that I do have a magical button in my keyword to remove images from the video.

Customer was expecting a Hollywood production for $1,500, We are a small company and we do quality work.

I will send the digital files to the customer to the address on the letter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have never yelled the photographer like he's saying, his response has nothing to do with the fact that he never gave us the engagement pictures as the contract stated. Of course we had personal issues after all the frustration I had with his services. The main reason I submitted this complaint is because we didn't receive what we paid for. I can't do anything about his bad services and unprofessionalism at this point;.
