Hello again, I wrote a long response to you and it must have disappeared.I want to let you know that I am still suffering very very badly from this car 'off gassing'I have continued with my asthma and my coughing up sputum and sinus pain and ear pain ad headaches.Please help me with the seriousness of this situationI am not making this upI am hurting and also now concerned of any long term results of off gassingYesterday I tied to go through my car outside as it was a cooler dayBUT-- I got very ill ~ dizzy, headache, can not wear my contact lenses, nausea, dry eyes, numb lips and asthma pain.My health is at stakeand I have been suffering as well as my plans have been foiled due to Infiniti's non compliance.Infiniti did not even help me with the damage to my car while using the Biosweep - ( dents tears in the door weatherstripping and scratches on the right side of the carall of this info was sent to INFINITI Customer Care -- they even received a thumb drive ( Tamia & Tamika) please help me resolve this -- the Attorney General has a case which I would like to have shared with youcase # [redacted] Thank you for helping me I want my life back -- my car is my everythingwithout it I am confinedA vehicle should not make me sick PS -- I have much research about the chemicals I inhaled the first time ( [redacted] system and the dangers of OZONE -- off gassing -- it make pure sense to me) THANK YOU

In fact we did not pull this gentleman's creditWe asked him to fill a credit application so that we could have a contract that we could cash in case [redacted] did not fundHe in fact now has a contract with ***, we never submitted or cashed the contractHis contract is with [redacted] is as he wantedWe sent the paperwork to [redacted] yesterdayWe just called [redacted] and Jennifer there told us they had they recieved everything yesterday, [redacted] is welcome to check with themWe do apologize for any misconception [redacted] might have had

I have contacted consumer affairs and as I stated the individual I spoke to was basically reading from a script and was not helpful in finding a resolution to the problemI want someone who is higher than her that will treat the customer as I should be treatedOnce again the product I bought is not the same as it was months ago which is unacceptableInfiniti needs to take ownership of this problem

Mr*** purchase a preowned Qfrom us trading in his free and clear vehicleAfter purchasing the vehicle Mr*** had buyer’s remorse but all loan docs had already been processed as well as title workWe then traded Mr*** out of the Qand back into his old vehicleMr*** had purchased a
warranty and other products in the business office that had been processed as wellWe have now made everything right with Mr***He has all the money he requested as well as the title to his vehicleMr*** and Infiniti have come to a resolution and Mr*** is now happy with the Resolution.Thank you

Customer Dan K* ***brought his Qin for repairs 7/12/17. He had concerns: Vehicle not blowing cold air After software update at another dealer, vehicle not the same After software update at another dealer, fuel mileage has gone down and fuel DTE (distance to empty)
showing inaccurate readings, used to get 400+ miles per tank now getting around miles per tank Transmission feels like it is slamming/kicking into gear when accelerating and slowing down For the first concern, the technician found the AC was blowing warm and with further diagnosis determined that the radiator cooling fans were not engaging. He replaced the fans and found AC to be blowing cold afterwardsWith regards to the 2nd and 4th concerns respectively, neither the technician or the hybrid technician were able to reproduce or duplicate any abdriving or performance issues with the vehicle. The transmission shifted smoothly at all times. There were no trouble codes stored in the engine control module or transmission control module either. While the vehicle was in our possession our techs drove over miles (city and highway miles) trying to duplicate any concerns. While driving this long distance we averaged miles per gallon which equals miles on a full tank of fuel (gallon fuel capacity). We determined no problems with fuel mileageWe also involved the regional tech advisor from Infiniti and he also said the he could not duplicate and vehicle was operating within spec. We have also informed the MrKerch that if he would like to contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs, that would be how he would start manufacturer buy back

The confusion regarding my loan was entirely the fault of ***, the lendorThe loan application was originally submitted by my wife, with me as co-applicant, even though I was handling the purchase of the vehicleWhen I was calling *** on the loan status for some reason they showed the loan pending but had NONE of the updates, including the dealer submission for payment, which was all under my wife Amy's nameThis was only clarified Monday when *** from Infiniti called me yesterday to let me know that were calling for me, at which point we tracked down that the information was in my wife's nameI am still amazed that they did this, but *** informed me he has had a similar experience himself.So in fact they did everything they were supposed to do, and *** was confused.I am terribly sorry for any grief this has caused Infiniti of Scottsdale, and other than the one person on the phone who had no idea what I was talking about, and the massive confusion caused by my lendor, I have found their services to be top-notch

To Whom it May ConcernWe handled Ms***'s complaints back in April of After her first complaint we brought her vehicle back and used a green company to flush Ms ***s's systemThis company only uses Hydrogen and OxygenWe did this service at no charge to herWe have done
everything that we can for Ms***I have spoken to her myself and in the last instance she hung up on meIf there are legitimate issues with her car we would be more than happy to address those concerns within reason, but at this point her demands are unreasonableI am not sure how to proceed from here within reason Thank you!Kris S***

We have been in contact with the customer regarding his issuesA meeting has been scheduled with the customer to come in and meet with the Infiniti FOM as well as the regional Tech guyThe meeting is tentatively set for Sept19, at 10:00.
