How do you find the phone number for caresole? I tried to order one men's 4 womans and they arrived all same size. Looks like men's. Does anyone know what I can do. They sure don't look very supportive. Very Angry!
Beware this company did not respond to e mails or phone call about there return policy .This looks like a job for Consumer Affairs
To whom it may concern. I order my in soles and have not received them as of yet. My address Is 7501 142nd Av Lot 497, Largo ,Fl. 33771. It has been almost a month and the money has already been taken out of my account. I would appreciate it if you will please give me a call or a refund as soon as possible. Poor Customer service. I am very unhappy.
Have sent multiple emails, called a non-number. Nothing from the Caresole Customer "service".

Ph# 877-334-3354 is not a good number for caresoles, the ones I got from them must be for a woman's shoes. As they to narrow and not long enough. Don't spend your hard earned money on them.
I placed an order and missed seeing the confirmation page where I could review everything before final submission. I don't think there was a confirmation page. I've been trying to contact Caresole by support email and phone. On the phone I am repeatedly cut off after about ten minutes of waiting on hold. I also tried contacting by Messenger on Facebook. I have taken the step of filing a dispute of the charges on my credit card, since Caresole's customer service seems non-existent at this point.
Have not got my caresole or can get someone to talk to about it! their phone service hangs up on you after 10 mintues and facebook no one contacts you back! can someone get ahold of me and help me get this taken care of?
