My wife signed a contract to purchase because the company and salesperson advertised and confirmed exactly healthy and everything is all cover and to overcome by the medical effect of their product if only we sleeps on an electronic mattress.

Wife trusted Caresys Cockoo's explanation and purchased only for that my daughter who is being suffered from cold hands and feet when she sleeps.

But, no improvement and any development in spite of USD*** price and Caresys Cockoo's confirmation that their
the product will improve any bad symptoms by the medical effect.

Moreover, there is news that radiation radon has occurred in a similar product of this product maker as Solco bio in Korea. so I asked for a return but continue rejections by them.

I can not believe that there is a surprise medical effect if a person sleeps on electronics mattress. No improvement and radiation radon was found in similar product of mattress maker as Solco Bio in Korea.

Even though I have tried to contact them, they sent one staff visitation and then someday after there was simple final notice that was all they rejected my refund and return requirement.

Please help me to resolve it. I cannot sleep well if I think this case because they cheated my wife on Mother's noble care of the daughter.
