*** *** *** was notified by mail that she has an outstanding balance with *** ***'s office When she called our office she was rude put the office down several time's out the conversation We explained several times to *** *** what the fee's came from we also gave her the number to
our direct outside billing company at that time she still proceeded to raise her voice and say how she is going to report us to the Revdex.comWhen she called our outside billing company they also explained charges to *** *** along with explaining to her they would send her a detailed statement in the mail and *** *** proceeded to too raise her voice and tell her how she was going to report the office to the Revdex.comSince then we have received a payment for the balance from *** *** *** .Thank You for your help in resolving this matter
