IN REFERENCE TO COMPLAINT NUMBER ***THE CUSTOMERBOUGHT A FORD BRONCO AS/IS NO WARRANTY ON 7/6/HE PAYED$DOWN AND THE AGREEMENT WAS EVERY OTHER FRIDAYUNTIL PAYED-OFFHE HAS NOT MADE THE AGREED PAYMENTS,THEREFOR THE VEHICLE IS UP FOR REPOSSESSIONTHE CUSTOMER HASTHE
VEHICLE IN A YARD BEHIND A LOCKED GATE PREVENTINGREPOSSESSIONTHIS WAS A RUNNING DRIVING CAR WHEN HE TESTDROVE AND BOUGHT THE CAR ON AN AS/IS NO WARRANTY BASISWHICH HE SIGNEDTHIS IS A YEAR OLD CARWE HAVE RECEIVEDSEVERAL LONG MESSAGES FROM THE CUSTOMER'S SIGNIFICANT OTHERCALLING US NAMES AND DEMANDING THAT WE FIX THE CARTHECUSTOMER LIKES TO TAKE THE CAR APART WITH OUT THE KNOWLEDGEOR MONEY TO FIX ITTHE CUSTOMER REMOVED AND DISASSEMBLEDTHE DRIVE SHAFT DAMAGING IT, HE THEN CAME TO US WITH THEDAMAGED PART, HE THEN EXPECTED US TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE ATOUR EXPENSESINCE THE CUSTOMER TOOK POSSESSION OF THEVEHICLE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF CONDITION OR REPAIRS OF THEVEHICLEHOWEVER WE DO UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMERS LEGALOBLIGATION TO MAKE PAYMENT AS AGREED THAT HAS NOT BEENDONEWE ONLY ASK THAT THE CUSTOMER RELEASE THE VEHICLE FORREPOSSESSION

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the drive shaft isn't the problem with the truck the drive shaft started knocking two weeks into owning it after he fixed the distributor, I replaced the u joint that went out which caused the knocking and therefore the drive shaft quit knocking and was fixed it's still fixed and doesn't not the truck has electrical issues due to a GPS he installed into the back of the radio and cut several wires going to the starter the truck has electrical issues not mechanical drive shaft is 100%fine, as far as having it behind a locked gate that is a lie my gate doesn't lock it's held up with a nail, I've new waiting two weeks for him to pick this truck up nobodies been to my house from his dealership to pick it up I let him know I wouldn't make payments unless he fixed it they said I fix it buy it or give it back I let him know he'd have to pick it up because it doesn't start or run due to the electrical issues from the GPS that was supposed to be installed professionally installed the keys have been in the truck for the last two weeks waiting for him to pick it up cleaned the truck took my plates off of it, I won't be making any payments unless he fixes itthe reason my ex girlfriend called him is because the truck left us stranded on the highway with our six month old son it was cold and rainy she was angry as was I he is disrespectful and a liar gate is unlocked and always is a simple nail is holding it upSincerely,*** ***
