Review: On the website it gives a return address which is Tom (the owner of cargoliner's home address) When I tried to return the package to his addres he refused it. Then I resent it to an address he gave me. However, he refused to give me a refund. The product was never used and in the exact same condition I received it. Then Tom sent me a refund check and after I deposited the check he put a stop payment on it where I incurred a 12 insufficient funds fee. Then when I disputed this transaction Tom told the bank that he never received my return. And he just sent an email telling me to bring on a law suit over the $350 that he basically stole from me. So I filed a charge back with my credit card company and this was his response after he thought he won the dispute.
