WHEN MY COMPANY ORDERED AN ENGINE AND THE REP (D***), WE SPOKE TO SAID IT WOULD BE HERE THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WELL THAT WEDNESDAY, NO MOTOR, THEN AT THE END OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK, STILL NO ENGINE I THE OWNER CALLED AND SPOKE TO D [redacted] ABOUT WHERE IS THE ENGINE AND WHY HAVEN'T WE RECEIVED IT AND WHY HAVEN'T THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH US TO KEEP US INFORMED BECAUSE OUR CUSTOMER IS LOOKING AT US BECAUSE WE TELL THEM IT WOULD BE IN ON ONE WEEK THEN I TELL THEM THE FOLLOWING WEEK.( IT MAKES MY BUSINESS LOOK LIKE WERE LIEING TO THEM) D [redacted] SAYS TO ME, WELL DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER, I TOLD HER NO AND MY WIFE WHICH IS THE OFFICE MANAGER SAYS IN THE BACK GROUND, THAT SHE DOESN'T WANT TO CANCEL THAT WE JUST NEED THE ENGINE, AND D [redacted] SAYS VERY RUDE LIKE, THAT T [redacted] ( MY OFFICE MANAGER), DOESN'T TELL HER WHEN HER [redacted] IS TO LEAVE AND JUST HUNG UP ON ME THAT IS VERY RUDE AND FOR HER TO CURSE, AND MAKE US WAIT WEEKS ( NO ENGINE), NOW WE HAVE TO START OVER TO FIND ANOTHER ENGINE FOR OUR CUSTOMERI WOULD NEVER USE CAR GUTS EVER NOR WILL I EVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM RUDE ISN'T THE WORD FOR THIS COMPANY SO I FEEL FOR ANYONE WHO DOES

I ordered two wheels on Monday February the 5thI provided shipping labels and they still have not shipped out the wheelsI contacted C [redacted] and D [redacted] twice in regards to an eta and they instantly mentioned if you wanted to cancel the orderI stated NO since my customer is expecting BMW wheelsThe ladies are extremely unprofessional and offer no resolutionI need the product that I purchased to provide to my customer

On 11/29/I reached out to Carguts about a Audi Qcomplete motorI spoke with Cathy P*** N*** who sent me an email of forms I would have to fill out with paymentOn 11/30/I faxed the forms and wired $3,to CargutsThe motor came on 12/19/narnly three weeks laterAfter my mechanic inspected the motor, he informed me that the motor was missing four important components to even functionI then contacted Curguts spoke with M*** about the scrap motor they sent meShe then informed me that, they would come pickup the motor and I would receive a full refundThe motor was picked up by FedEx freight on 12/28/and arrived at Carguts on 1/3/I called Carguts on 1/4/and they confirmed the motor arrival and that I would be issued a checkI called today 1/8/and had to block my number because they refused to answer, to find out that my check has yet not been sent out

.Two months and still waiting for a check Danielle said she signed and was sent out.This ordeal started in August when I ordered a frame and suspension parts for an F150.I was told by Melissa that it would be weeks on the frame and I still said okay.Seven weeks later and still no frame so I call and Melissa tells me it's at the frame shop so they can make sure it's square.The following week I call and its being painted.By the following week I call to cancel my order and am asked about the other parts and I say I'll still buy them.The following week Melissa calls me and asks why I haven't I picked up the parts.I tell her I'm trying to coordinate picking them up with picking up my frame from another salvage yard.I call the day before I showed up and talked to Melissa to make sure the part's were ready and she said I was good to pick them up.I show up and Danielle waited on me and said the part's aren't ready.She offered to ship them out to me the following day for free so I paid for

I purchased a truck part from this company on November the 15th, I was told that they no longer accept cards for orders over dollarsMine was 625, so I had to wire them the moneyOnly reason I done this was because another car parts shop recommended themThe next week went by and I still had not received my part that they were going to ship to meWhen my husband contacted them they said that the part broke and they had to issue us a refund so they sent us a check backOn November the 29th I sent her an email letting her know that I have not received my refund yet and she said that she would check and have someone call meI never heard from them so I called back up there and was told that the check was sent but since I have not gotten it that they could cancel it and they could wire me the money back since that is how I paidI still have not received it eitherI called again Friday December 7th, and was told that it was sent that they couldn't help me any furtherMy husband

We ordered a part, sent them a shipping label, for overnight first thing in morning (8:AM central time) the part still has not shipped days laterWhen I called about itWas just told by J*** that if I had take time to read reviews I would know they do not ship parts outI asked for manager and was told that the manager was to busy to talk to meI asked for owner was told he is in *** *** with his mistress

This place is, in a word, terrible I've had to call times in an attempt to order one partThey said they had it and would ship itIt never arrivedNever received a callCalled back again after a week and a halfThey said they didn't have it but they could get it from somewhere local and would ship it outNever received it AGAINNever heard anything AGAINCalled back AGAIN after another two weeksWas told they would look into it and call me back within the hourCalled back AGAIN hours laterSpoke to someone who then told me she would email a tracking number to me despite the fact that I haven't received itWhen I attempted to emphasize the importance of getting this taken care of as soon as possible, I was hung up onThis is by far the most unprofessional auto parts establishment that I have had the displeasure of working withI cannot even fathom how it could be any worse

I ordered and engine assembly on 8/8/and it was charged to my credit card As of today 9/25/I have not received my engine or the requested refund on my credit card When I call the business I get promises but never any resultsI

I purchased a speed transmission out of a dodge challenger advertised as 10,miles with a flywheel , I needed to put a aftermarket shifter in it for a street rod project and noticed the seals were melted, the car had been in some sort of fire ,they did not disclose that fact ,I contacted them about it they said I would have to pay for shipping to return it ,I ask them if they could extend the warranty because of the time it would take to put this project together would be way past there warranty ,they said they would notas of this date still no fly wheel that was supposedly shipped twice

I am a part owner of a repair facilityI am writing to inform you that their is one salvage yard that is very unprofessional, taking advantage of female customers, and trying to sell bad partsThey tried to sell me a bad differential with a missing output shaftWhen I asked to look at the part, prior to purchase, that was when I was met with the rudenessWhen I called them out on the missing outputshaft, they told me they always take them out, because it fits better in a box for shipping(They took a part off of the differential, that is needed to be integral to the differentialOnce they remove this part from the differential, it is no longer any good, since replacing that output shaft would require rebuilding the differentialAnd since this part had an 'A' grade, I would have expected that part to be on said differential.) I feel they did not like the fact I called them outSo, when they called me to see the output shaft on it, I noticed one of the bushings was missing on the o

I ordered an engine and transmission and just received the engine with out some of the accessories that we had discussed before the purchasei was told this morning that they dont sell the engines with the accessories but I had asked before I said yes I would buy itasked if I could just send it back and I would pay the freight and was told it would be a 25% RESTOCKING FEE I paid dollars which I would loose dollars if I returned itnow I am wondering if the engine is what I had agreed to buy with less than miles on itthe transmission was not shipped because they said it was no good but was not told befor shipping it was not coming and would have cost me more freight I thought I had asked all the right question before the sale but they just did what they wanted in there best interest and not interested in what had been agree too at the time of the salevery disapoint with this company and would not recomend them

First off, let me start with we have been doing business over years and have never dealt with a company like this They would not take a credit card so we have to send a check which we did the week of June 25th We were paying for a low mileage motor for a Lexus that they had on the web site We went on vacation the next week so the motor was suppose to ship the 9th of July We called a few days later and were told that the motor was on its way We called again a couple of days later and were told the same thing only this time it would be delivered Friday the 13th Well, we called again Tuesday , the 17th because we still had no motor only to be told it was still on the loading dock in SC and were told once more that it would be here on Friday the 20th I had a thought to call the trucking company which confirmed by suspicions that the motor had never shipped We have never been told such bold face lies and treated with such disrespect from a company We had put aside days for this motor to be put in so we had days of income that we will not recoup Finally, calling and telling the people to send us our money back and wanting to talk to the manager, Allen that is on vacation until Tuesday The funny thing is the check was mailed out right away and we received it today I would not order a part for dog house from these people much less anything that has to do with a vehicle Customer service does not exist with these people, the right hand does not have a clue what the left hand is doing Our only saving grace was the motor was for a personal vehicle, not a customer How would we look if we had to keep calling them and telling them the part was on the way The only reason they are getting one start is you can't pick zero I'm not saying what I really want to because I am representing my company and have to choose my words carefully This company is sham and I wouldn't buy anything from them I really can't wait to hear what Allen has to say, if he even existAJ*** *** ***

Very unprofessional front office lady Extremely rude, unhelpful, demeaning lady to work with Do not waste your time or money with this disgusting junkyard

A callwas made on a Monday, parts would be picked up before 11am on that Saturday, No problem with that she said On Saturday, closed, the Girl Claiming to be the wife of the owner was called and said she would not let customers tell her when she was working and she was not working that day My mother went way out of her way to pick up that part She was very rude and using profanity at my mother for expecting her to be at work the day she said she would be there

This business is the worst business I've every dealt with in my entire lifeWe purchased an engine for a Jag XJ April 28, 2017,  was told it would be shipped out two days laterAfter not receiving it we called back and was told they were having shipping issuesIt took them another three weeks to ship the engineWhen the engine was inspected there were several issues foundThe engine had medal shaving inside the engine block, oil filter had mold inside of it, crankshaft damper pulley was not seated correctly, engine oil pump pickup tube was damaged, and the engine timing chain guides had grooves in it

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I ordered a Alternator for my Benz for $on March 6th 2018; which was the lowest I was able to find in the countryWas told it would take 2-days for them to pull it and send itIts now MARCH 14th and I'm getting the run-aroundNo one know if my I part paid for over a week ago has been sent outBeen calling all day today and finally spoke with D*** and she just told me the part hasn't even been pulled yet and her guys at lunch so she can't tell me what's going on until he gets back in minutesIf I would've known this was going to happen I would've paid the $another company quoted me in CaliWonder how much longer I'm going to have to wait....ANY BETS!!!

We are in receipt of the complaint ID #[redacted]. When this customer complained, we offered to give him a replacement just to make him happy. He didn‘t want to wait for us to pull another engine out
Explaining the mileage: The auctions do not list the mileage on a vehicle if they can't see it-they list it as unknown mileage as in this case. We got our mileage information from autocheck.com.
