I am writing you a letter in response to a complaint submitted to Revdex.com on 11/5/ [redacted] The first thing that I would like to clarify is that in complying with Texas law, we explain to all our customers that we sell used vehicles '•As IS- NO WARRANTY", although in many cases to satisfy our clients and provide a better service, we agree to fix details in the vehicles at the time of the purchase and the information is added on the Bill of Sale[redacted] purchased a vehicle with usCaribbean Auto Dealer LLC, on January 19,201S for $1,plus TTL feesAfter almost two years of the purchase, [redacted] contacted me in regards the vehicle that he purchased with usspecifically the windshield of thevehicleIt was bard for me to remember the agreement made at the time of purchase at first, but lasked him if he had the bill of sale or the agreement in hand and to please send it to me so Jcould acknowledge it, as we do not keep files of previous years in the office[redacted] contacted me several times, so I decided to contact one of my suppliers so that [redacted] *** [redacted] would be able to receive a wholesale discount directly from our suppHcr in order for him to replace his windshieldAnd in the meantime, I was expecting to receive proof of the agreement by [redacted] ***.Our business integrity and ethical principles are established to provide the best service for our customersI was available every time [redacted] contacted me and even provided him a discount from my supplierUnfortunately, [redacted] never provided any documentation as proof of our agreementIn addition to that, when I found the file and reviewed all the documents, there are no indications of any agreements made between [redacted] and myselfFor that reason I did not agreed to pay S0/50% of the $discount already provided by the supplier I strongly agree that Caribbean Auto Dealer LLC and I, [redacted] did everything possible to support [redacted] ***I also believe that be waited too long to contact me for something that was this importantEnclosed please find the bill of sale as proof that there was not an agreementmade between us about his car windshield If you need any additional information do not hesitatejn contacting me as soon as possible
