Review: I gave a deposit down on a vehicle, being told that if I changed my mind or sought to purchase elsewhere, that my money would be refunded without complication. Upon notifying the representative of my decision to seek a refund, I was met with stipulations and requests for my personal, private information that was not necessary to taking out my money to begin with. The representative stated it was in accordance with business policy to have copies of card and drivers license to refund money. I refused, as this was not required when my money was debited from my account. The rep stated he asked for it then, but he never received it and still was able to take the money. The rep refuses to refund my money without me providing things that were never agreed upon or mentioned as a condition for receiving a refund in full.Desired Settlement: I just want to be refunded the amount of my down payment in full as was agreed upon via check.

Review: I bought An Audi S4 2004 From Carribbean Auto Sales on June **, 2014. July [redacted] car started to rattle at startup, called the dealership so they could fix the problem and told me to bring it in. He also promised to fix the a/c and Every time I call Joe would tell me to come in next week and when i'd call back the following week he tells me that the parts havent come . Car broke down on July **,2014 was towed to German auto cares in [redacted] . I told the dealership I wanted the car fixed or else I'll return it back. He then told me he call me when the car was ready, to find out the car was just sitting at [redacted], for two weeks because they could not get the car to start and sent it to [redacted] in [redacted] on July **. Audi recieved the vechile and found that water got into the vehicles ecu by natural cause, they was a crack in the outer case of the ecu. I mention the rattle noise at startup over and over and Audi even told me the car does that to build oil pressure. When I got the car back it was not 100%, still had the rattle and drove sluggish, called Audi they told me [redacted] has to adapt to the way I drive and that I had to drive 500 miles . From then on the vehicle, day by day started to get worse and worse, until august **, 2014, vechile started smoking from the exhaust, idled really bad and drove horrible. I had bought extended warranty when the veliche was purchased and called Auto Source right away before calling Caribbean Autos. I told auto source my problem and they told me, to not drive the vehicle and that I had to tow it to the mechanic shop of my choice. Then called the dealership, they told me that there 30 day warranty is up, but I told them that the car was not fine when I got it back from Audi, they told me to take it to my mechanic of choice. I took it to [redacted] in [redacted] my mechanic , had to call the warranty company, file the claim before he diagnosed the vehicle. Once the claim was active he was told to diagnose the car and found out the problem could be the timing chain, which causes the rattle at start. Warranty does not cover any tear down of engine, which had to be done in order to find the source of the problem. I agreed and problem was that the timing chain jumped a tooth, causing failure. The quote that was giving to the warranty companies and I was $9,200. Which Auto Sourse only wants to cover $2,000 , which leaves me to pay out $7,200. I've called the dealership numerous of times and have not received a called back. After I told them time after time to check the rattle noise, they didn't check a thing. Told me it's common for these cars, but it started happening after I bought the car. Audi told me the same thing , but why did my timing jump. The vehicle did not come rattling brand new so why should it rattle at all at start up. Only driven 2,320 miles , its been in the shop longer then I had it. Its been at [redacted] since August **, 2014. He is waiting for the dealership to send mechanical paper work on the vehicle to the warranty company. I call everyday, they put me on hold and never answer, they always say that I need to talk to [redacted], who is never there. Always tell me he's gonna call me back never do.Desired Settlement: I just want my vehicle repairs to be covered by the dealership. I feel like I've bought a lemon from them. They are very nasty on the phone and do not fix any issues at all. I really need help, I'm only 20 and I feel like they put me in a deep hole.
