Caribbean Coach was hired to provide charter coach services for our company from June 8-15, The bus never showed up on the first dayThe company representatives repeatedly lied to me as to when a bus would arriveI finally had to hire another bus to complete the dayWhen the bus finally arrived at the hotel the morning of the 9th ( after being promised it would arrive the night of the 8th) it was old, broken down, and the driver was unfamiliar with the routes he was supposed to completeHe did not have a GPS or any maps to help himThe air conditioning was broken, as well as the AV equipmentDue to the safety concerns, as well as the health and comfort of the group traveling, we could not possibly move forward with this equipment for the next daysAttempts to contact Caribbean Coach to rectify the situation went unansweredConsequently we had to hire another company to complete the charter serviceI emailed with the company after trip was over and requested a full refundI was emailed BACK on June 15th by Sales representative John M*** and told a refund was being issued THAT DAYTo date I have not received a refund, and any further calls or emails have gone unanswered
