Review: I used quick bleach dentist [redacted] to replace my old felings. He replaced 5 of them and charged me a $100 each. Once I started to question this billing I was advised by [redacted] that my insurance has declined payment and I have to pay for it. I was also told they are doing me a favor and charging me only a fraction of a true cost. I thank them and off course went to call my insurance company to find that they did submit claims and all claims are paid. While talking with my insurance representative I found out that based on my plan I shouldn't be charged any co-payment. I called [redacted] ' s office just to find out they refuse to provide any information to me or my insurance . After multiple requests to get copy of my bill [redacted] refused to provide me with the copies of my receipt or reimburse me for inappropriate charge and misleading informationDesired Settlement: I want my money back! Quick bkeach was double dipping charging me and insurance company. Apologies would be nice and compensation for my time, effort and frustration.
