These people refused to refund my money, they rude and uncooperative, stay away from them I had a reason to have to cancel my cruise and they said they money was spent on the hotel reservation, the reservation was in January this is September

A total and complete scam business, complete with threats and extremely unprofessional sales staffDealt most recently with *** *** (sp) Corporate # *** Horribly rude and aggressive, demanding full payment for a package we "supposedly" put a $deposit down on YEARS Ago, that we never tookI didn't even remember doing so, at first, but then I remembered dealing with this scam travel company and trying to be refunded for money that was charged on my CCI remember I finally gave up on the refund and made a point to Never give any company soliciting travel packages over the phone, a second of my timeAnd I haven't But NOW they call, out of the blue Years later, saying I owe the balance of almost $for the trip that I didn't take! Wow!
Steer clear of this place!!!

My husband and I were given the gift of a Caribbean Cruise Line vacation package by a relativeThe relative paid about $for the package which included two nights in Fort Lauderdale, an overnight cruise to and from the Bahamas with a two night stay at the Grand Lucayan Resort and another two nights in OrlandoIt also included a rental carThis sounds like a great deal However, the bottom line was that we could probably have made the same trip, making our own arrangements with hotels and the cruise ship for less money than this trip ultimately cost usWe upgraded the hotel in Fort Lauderdale to the Sheraton and liked it very muchThe ship was old and nothing like those on which we have cruised beforeHowever, the crew was wonderful - very gracious and professional and we enjoyed the cruise(The ship is not owned by the Caribbean Cruise Line.) The Grand Lucayan was the highlight of the trip - beautiful accommodations, beautiful resortThe Radisson in Orlando was also quite satisfactoryNow for the problems: 1) there was to be a minute tour on the second day in OrlandoThis was one of the most high-pressured sales pitches we have ever experiencedThey simply did not want to take no for an answer to their sale of a time-share It took an hour to drive to the sight, about 1/hours there and an hour backWe were then told to go to the Welcome Center to get the voucher for the cruiseWhen we arrived there, a gentleman brought us to his cubicle and proceeded to tell us that if we wished to avoid" standing for three hours the next day in an un-air conditioned warehouse with people - half of whom would be screaming children", we could take another hour tour the next morning - starting at 8:a.mand receive a yellow lanyard with a VIP attachment that would enable us to move to the front of the line and board the ship very quicklyWe declined and he became quite rude and clearly angryAs it turned out, with no VIP lanyard, we arrived at a large, bright, air-conditioned building and completed the boarding chein record time with delightful, helpful people! He had outright LIED to usAfter the cruise, when we drove to Orlando - to another Welcome Center to pick up the voucher for the hotel, we were asked if we had purchased a time-share at the first tourWhen we said no, we were told that we would have to attend another three-hour tour the following morning there in the Orlando areaThis is never mentioned in the materials provided by Caribbean Cruise LineWe decided we simply would not attend and if we had to pay for our own hotel stay there, we would do soApparently, there was no follto our not taking the second tourWe are now in the process of inquiring why our car rental was not paid for - as stated in the agreementIf this is not settled to our satisfaction, we will be filing a formal complaint with the Revdex.com

I do not expect a resolution, I just want to make others aware of how I was treatedI called to receive information on a gift card balance and was asked to take a survey and possibly win a cruiseI decided to do the survey knowing that if they needed money up front for any reason I would have to decline as my husband and I do not spend money without letting each other knowI was fine with the thought of having to turn it down if neededI spoke with an agent and when she asked for $I told her I would have to decline as I don't spend money without speaking to my husbandShe proceeded to press me, which I understood but declined againShe told me she would see what she could doA man came on claiming to be the promotional director and tried to talk me into itI declined againI explained the arrangement my husband and I have about spending money, which he proceeded to tell me I needed to do it any way because it is such a good dealHe said put me on hold and call himI explained my husband could not be reached as it is the middle of a work dayHe said you can't call him, I said no he is not reachableHis attitude was very disrespectful toward me and he was quite the smart alec! He said Caribbean Cruise Line has not been responsible for any marriage conflicts or divorceAs I was telling him that I respect my husband and our arrangement for how we spend money, he hung up on me in the middle of my sentenceHe was rude and totally unprofessionalIf this is how Caribbean Cruise Line treats potential cruisers, I don't want to be on their ships!

Spam calls, texts and emails have reached a new lowThe newest invasion is an even more obnoxious version-- utilising the "avatar', aka non-human reactive 'bot'
"***" is such a bot and phones often stating she/ he/ it is representing Caribbean Cruise Lines (Virginia-based phone number) ***
Unlike other SPAM calls, where one can phone back, ask for a supervisor and reiterate ones disinterest in anything/ everything they're selling and establish that one is officially on the National Do-Not-Call-List, emphasising that the nuisance calls must cease immediately this avatar is not human and will simply disconnect the call when one asks for a supervisor and/ or requests a "live" personMatter of fact, this avatar insists it IS a "live"/ "real" person (lol)
I phoned the number listed above *** and was informed (by a human) that I had reached Caribbean Cruise Lines Headquarters/ Corporate OfficesI asked for a supervisor and explained the nuisance calls; fully expecting this person to deny being associatedhowever to my surprise, he acknowledged that the automated-dialler avatar plays an integral role in their marketing program (as if there was virtually nothing wrong with what they're doing)
I explained that the Do-Not-Call-List means that nuisance calls/ SPAM calls, texts and emails are not allowableThe automated avatar on the other end of those calls that is programed to disconnect when the callee requests a live person or says "do not call me again" offers no "out" for the harassed personThere's no opt-out of any kind, which means phoning back does not stop the callsThey will continue, fast and furious, daily+
I will be reporting them to the National Do-Not-Call-List and I highly recommend that anyone who has been harassed by these calls do the sameThis is not acceptable
I had to disconnect my voice mail due to the constant SPAM voice msg's- which is ridiculousMy mobile phone company isn't doing much in the way of assisting re: SPAM calls/ voice mails and texts, unfortunately
I've had my mobile number for years now and can not/ will not change itnor should I HAVE TONuisance calls by auto-dialing avatars that do not allow for the harassed to complain or request that the calls stop is against the law
These "companies"/ scams are slippery and evasiveImpossible to contactIt isn't fair that we all have to deal with this intrusive and aggressive form of telemarketing
If you haven't placed yourself on the National Do-Not-Call-List, do yourself a favour and do soAfter which, if/ when nuisance calls/ texts/ emails come in, they can be reported and (hopefully) stopped

Awful deal. Just got back from a vacation through this cruise line. Not all inclusive as they say. I ended up paying for my own air and food at the first hotel. I had to pay extra to eat other than a buffet on the ship. Also to get better food at the Lucayan resort it was extra but everything else was covered. With all the fees I was charged and the things I had to pay for that were supposed to be included this was a terrible deal and awful experience. After three hours I walked out of the timeshare presentation. Definitely didn't take no for an answer. I would NEVER cruise with them again and because of it I would never stay in Freeport again.

The cruise was cancelled 2 hours before I boarded the flight to ft lauderdale. I put complete trust in these people and they failed.
