Review: I went to [redacted] of CE Vacations (a.k.a. Caribbean/Sunny Vacations LLC) and booked a vacation package (Sirenis resort) to Mexico. I paid for airfare with my own credit card. For the hotel portion of the package, I gave [redacted] cash and he said he'd make the hotel reservation on my behalf using his company credit card. When my family and I showed up to the Sirenis resort in Mexico, they did not have the hotel booking for me and told us they had no room for us. From Mexico, we called [redacted] and after some back-and-forth, he told us to go to another resort, the Barcelo Maya tropical. There, we got a room and everything appeared to be fine. When we returned, I received my credit card statement and there was a second charge for about $2700. I've been trying to figure out why I'm being charged twice for the same vacation and dealing with [redacted] has been difficult and frustrating. He's telling me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I'm guessing that he pocketed the cash I gave him and never used his company credit card to book the hotel, although he's saying otherwise. He's telling me the resort overbooked etc.Desired Settlement: [redacted] must refund the cash amount I gave him $1882
