This company is the BEST Here's an example I have a home warranty plan which dictates who I use for HVAC services I've owned my house for one year, and in that time I've had compressors replaced and an authorization to replace a third Remember - one year folks I kept telling the home warranty company and the service company they sent each time (NOT Caribbean) that there had to be another problem they weren't spotting That's when I called Richard who I've worked with for years He came out and found problems - wrong size capacitor and the wrong size fuse This was after he thoroughly went through the unit and even consulted with the local Trane technician for further guidance If only my warranty company had listened when I kept saying that compressors in a year signaled some other problem So, after changing out the capacitor and fuses, my system is working like a champ - no more tripped breakers So thank you Caribbean Systems Services for taking the time to diagnose and fix my unit Your service rocks!
