Caribou Auto Body Response • Dec 17, 2018

We had the vehicle in our shop for almost 5 years. We have received $4500 in deposits for work to be completed on the truck. He would come in to check the progress on his truck. Then one day he quit coming in. There was no contact made for 2.5 years between him and us. We worked on the vehicle until the deposit money ran out because he told us that he was in between jobs. He knows that we only have 2 employees here and that the job would take longer. We have made arrangements for him to come pick up his parts that we still have in our shop but every time we make arrangements he doesn't show up. We were in contact with him about picking the parts up and had them loaded onto a trailer in front of the shop he was to pick them up from there but instead he drove by yelling profanities at me and my customers. He has come into the shop and yelled at the people who were here. ***. He then said he would be here on November 26th 2018 to pick up his parts in the afternoon and again didn't show up. When he didn't show up to pick them up we loaded them up and put them into storage. He has not been in contact since so we have not been able to let him know that it is his responsibility to pay for the storage fees that will accumulate starting November 27th 2018. We have an invoice here for him. When he started coming around again we started to work on the vehicle parts again. We have requested to see his copy of the receipts in case we are making a mistake as to how much he has given in deposits. He had told us that he would come down and show us the information we requested. He then changed his mind and said that we had to request the information for the Moose Jaw RCMP. The next day he changed the story and told us we had to get the information from the Moose Jaw City Police. ***. We would like to get this dealt with as quickly as possible. Thank you for your time.
