This company goes the extra mile to please! They don't recommend spending a lot of money on a new system unless it's truly needed I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a heating and air company they can trust

Three weeks ago my air condition stopped working, I called Banrhart because the place I originally bought my air condition unit went out of businessI was pleased with the response I called on Monday morning and they came Tuesday early in the morning as I requestedMy problem was with the service man, he was not helpful at all he was rude he came in and out of the house with his dirty shoes I think they should have protective shoe covers or something, after coming in and out of the house a couple of times he finally figured out he said there was no electrical power and he had to replaced the cablesI also asked him about the water leaking on the back side of the house coming from the attic and he said it was from the air condition (really like I didn't know) and that I had to look for the pipe and connect a water hose to it, I asked him if he could locate the pipe if he could help and he said NO, his words "I don't know what to tell you this American people don't know how to build houses if you want something built wrong buy it or get it done by Americans" I think he is Latino I have nothing wrong against Latinos as I'm Mexican and proud of it, however I'm embarrassed by someone like him, he looks like someone you don't want to let in your home, someone like him gives Hispanics a bad reputationAt the end when he was done and gave me the bill I thank him for his service and as he was walking out I gave him two business cards from Cilantros Mexican Restaurant with a 20% discount, he said "what is this, is this a new joint?" I told him not sure how long its been opened but it's a Mexican restaurant and it's goodHe said "oh this is a white boy's joint, I eat real Mexican food" I didn't say anything to him, later on I went outside to the garage and he left the two cards I gave him on top of my mustang that is parked out in the garageRude rude rude as he can be his name is Oscar, if you call Barnhart for any repairs tell them not to send Oscar to your houseNow I still need to call someone to help me fix the water leaking problem

recently called this business because they were listed on the website of the manufacture of my heating and air equipment as an authorized service provider of my heat and air unitI explained that my unit was less than years and that after doing some research one of possibilities was a compressor failureI expressed this concern with the person I spoke too at this business and I was told that "most compressors only have a year warranty" when in fact most compressors have a - year warranty I was also told that "in most cases its so expensive to replace a compressor that most people opt to buy a new unit" MOST people may in fact opt to buy a new unit but in my case I was given a quote by another heat and air company a price to replace a compressor is around $vs the price of a new unit is around $ I make these statements after speaking with other professionals in the heat and air industry and getting the facts I called back and ask to speak to the owner about my concerns but they didn't even have the common courtesy to return my callTurns out my problem was NOT a compressor failure and I had my issue fixed for $from a reputable company, so you can see why I give this company a VERY NEGATIVE ratingthe moral of this story do your research get several opinions from more that one company and make informed decisions before picking a heat and air company
