No shipment arrived. No communication from anyone at distributor or Sealmaster but credit card was charged.
After multiple calls made to distributor, he blamed "manufacturer." More finger pointing. Over a month later, we learned shipment was sent to wrong address. Still, no communication on order status was made. No apology. Nothing. Charge card then forget consumer. We missed out on finishing our project for a special event.
Advice: Get a reliable distributor and get everything in writing from this firm before your card is charged. Distributors operate differently. Get the cell numbers and emails of your Thor/Sealmaster contacts and stay on them, or, call a competitor.
