Caring Hearts of Sedona

spoke with my mother last night, tues, and was informed that she had broken her pelvis but she had 24 hr caregivers and had taken her pain medication and was going to sleep. spoke with the caregiver Jamie and reviewed her meds and condition. told my mother I would be there tomorrow to visit. went to her house after work and no one was there. called the hospital, nursing homes and left a message for caring hearts to call. they did call and said "oh, she passed away this morning" . no one was contacted, not her 2 natural sons nor myself and my 2 sisters. the owner of caring hearts became defensive and said they didn't have to talk to us. this is totally unprofessional and inappropriate.
