As business started to grow it was no longer possible for the owners to provide all the services and tried to find a replacement that would cover the tight window for food shelf, errands and etc. For all the errands done for a year, the client was never charged for gas, mileage or anything. We offered few aides at the time and the client did not accept the offer few times. I kept a regular communication with her county case manager since the client is a CADI waiver and her services is paid by the county. All communication with her county case manager was handled effectively and professionally. Her county case manager has been working with the client to find her a new agency. Caring Matters has never entered any kind of contract and what the client referring to as "Contract" is an intake packet. The county case manager asked me to send her the so called "contract" and also it was confirmed by her case manager that it is just a basic "Intake Packet" not contract. I do not know where a man's and women's work comment comes from because I, myself, a man has been scrubbing her floors on my knees, scrubbed her oven that has not been cleaned for a long time, cleaned her refrigerator, bathroom, shower, grocery shopping, cleaned her cat litter and so on. In summary the client has received an excellent service for a whole year and her case manager is actively working to find her a replacement agency.
