Tell us why hereWe terminated the sales rep and he has since moved on to one of our competitorsI do believe that sales rep did not represent Infinity Energy well in this situation even though he was trained correctlyIf your contract was changed the rep failed to submit it to our companySeeing that the rep is no longer here to explain please forward a copy of your contract to me @ [redacted] @goinfinity.net and I will make sure we honor the signed contract

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

We reached out to Ms*** on 9/in response to her concerns with her solar projectUpon investigation, we determined that the sales representative acted in a way which did not coincide with Infinity Energy's established business and ehtical practices, and have since terminated their
employmentAdditionally, we came to an agreement on a solution with Ms*** and were able to resolve her complaint in a timely manner

It is the responsibility of the solar company to provide an invoice documenting the price of the solar system that was installedThe federal government offers a tax credit of 30% of the system price that is administered via the IRSWhen you file your taxes and submit the proper forms accompanied
with a copy of the invoice it is the responsibility of the owner of the system and the IRS to ensure that you receive your tax creditIt appears that in this instance the customer misunderstood their tax liability/YTD federal withholdingIt is very possible that she did indeed receive all of the credit but her withholding were not sufficient enough to return the necessary cash to pay off a bank loan that was designed to cover the cost of the system and provide a lower monthly payment on the remaining 70% of the system costMost sales reps would not know a customer's tax liability/withholding amount and would not want to lie about thatIt is likely the sales rep made assumptions that were inaccurate and the customer didn't fully understand that a credit is different than a rebate/refundIn this instance the sales rep and the customer should have recognized that the customer would only withhold $6,in and therefore should have structured their loan to have a combo repayment of only $6,instead of $10,The remaining balance of $4,will be refunded to the customer for their taxes if their tax liability remains constant from One possible solution to miraculously come up with the $4,would be to have their payroll company stop withholding federal taxes and the customer can apply those fund directly to the bank now instead of waiting for tax returns. As far as the $gift card promised it was sent last weekAs far as the $we actually sent a $rebate check in November and it was cashed according to our bank records on November 23,

The customer *** *** has been sent their solar invoice to get their federal tax creditThe confusion is that the sales rep put the wrong name on the contract and caused the confusionThey were offered a lease and an ownership productThey decided that ownership was a better decision than a
lease but when the customer didn't receive the tax credit they wished they had done the leaseAfter explaining how to get their tax credit applied to their loan the customer now recognizes the benefit of the ownership product. Please feel free to contact the customer to confirmWe have also tried to respond to the other complaint via the Complaint Manager but it has expired

I am rejecting this response because: My bill SKYROCKETED because of Infinity EnergyMy electric expense went from $30-a month to $Yes, I accepted a check, but I never said that would 100% resolve this issueI was desperate for any helpMy solar system was supposed to be FREE!!! That was a bold faced LIE the company told meThey should refund all of my money as I would NEVER have purchased any of it had it not been for their LIESThey should either refund the entire amount OR re-size my system for my needs and purchase my excess panels to use on another systemMy system was supposed to be FREEIf this were my company, I would do the RIGHT thing and make my system FREE as I was TOLD it would beIt does not matter if they were independent sales people or notThe sales reps still represented Infinity, and Infinity needs to take responsibility for what the sales reps saidHONOR YOUR PROMISE

I am rejecting this response because:In response to the tax credit I was indeed told repeatedly by the rep not to worryHe said the full amount would be coveredI feel lied to and it is upsetting to know that the reps aren't trained to completely understand this credit as not to misguide customersI hope no other customers have to feel as betrayed as I doIn response to the rebate check, yes $1,was mailed to meMy contract, however, was for $2,I have the copy of this document and the numbers have ALREADY been confirmed yet nothing happenedI would like the other $1,that was promised to me when I signed the contractThe rebate value had been increased to $2,to match the offer from the other solar companyIf the $2,had not been offered I obviously would have gone with the other companyAs previously stated, this information had already been confirmed months ago

However, waiting to confirm system is producing at least $2,000 of electricity a year to offset the payments for the solar panels.

Tell us why here... We terminated the sales rep and he has since moved on to one of our competitors. I do believe that sales rep did not represent Infinity Energy well in this situation even though he was trained correctly. If your contract was changed the rep failed to submit it to our company. This was the email correspondence that we’ve had with [redacted]  As you can see the issue was resolved with Infinity Energy and her. The sales organization was another company that we used to work with.  With the rebate check we wrote back to her it made everything whole so her solar put her below what she was paying before after the monthly utility credit she will be receiving.

I've talked to John several times this year. His biggest problem is he is using more power than he did before getting solar. John is working on getting me a login to his PGE account so that we can identify when it is that he is using too much power so that he can fix that problem. As far as the...

solar goes it is producing more than we estimated it would now that we added more panels. His house is surrounded by trees and so it was difficult to estimate the specific production at his house but according to the data provided to John in his monitoring app he can see that the system with the extra panels is performing the way we estimated when he originally purchased the system. The next step is to lower his consumption so he doesn't have such large true-ups with PGE.

Its unfortunate that this customer felt this way.  We don’t tell customers that we are in any way affiliated with their utility.  We tell them that we are an alternate source to buy power cheaper.  We provide advanced training to all our reps to tell the customers who we are and what...

we do.  I have attached the door approach to show what we say to our customers. We need to know the name of the sales rep so we can take disciplinary action and find out what actually happened. Can you please provide that information.

Revdex.com:It is true that the mentioned rep made promises that appear to be false and, unfortunately, my case seems to be the one in a thousand that went wrong at every turn. These things do happen. I just wish that someone would have returned one of my many calls since I was granted PTO on Dec 16th, 2016. Almost 3 months is a long time to be ignored. I have a copy of the contract and will email it as requested. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: It is not true. I did NOT accept anything as complete resolution to this issue. My electricity expense has gone from $30-35 per month to $192 per month because of their lies. They told me it would be FREE because of the excess being sold to SDG&E. That was a lie. They new what was going on. They blame it all on the sales rep.  They know what the sales rep did.  I can not afford this bill. This high bill will drag on for the next 20 years. I am NOT satisfied. They offered a PARTIAL remedy. But they still have not 100% resolved this. I am NOT satisfied. They have not taken FULL responsibility. They need to make this 100% right by properly sizing my system and paying me for the excess panels. They sold me 16 panels and I only need 5. I should only be billed for 5 panels. If it were my company, I would do whatever is necessary to make this right. I am not the only person who had their bill go up. I found 4 other people who were lied to my this company. I would NEVER have done this had they not LIED. Why would I? Why would I want my electric bill to sky rocket? I was much better off before solar. Fraud if you ask me.
