Review: Caring People was to provide a Home Health Aide for my sister but the aide never showed up or called her or me. I had to call the agency to ask where she was and was told they were sorry, but she couldn't come. They apologized but could not send an immediate replacement leaving me and my sister with a major problem. The next aide they scheduled also did not show - and Caring People NEVER called to let either of us know. They are not at all reliable!Desired Settlement: To let prospective clients of their unreliable service and poor communication.

As an organization that specializes in placement of paraprofessional and professional staff, unfortunately there are times that an appropriate caregiver is not immediately available.

At no time do we charge clients for services not rendered and we expend our best efforts to staff our clients with quality caregivers.

Caregivers that are a No Call/No Show are immediately terminated from Caring People. We take pride in our company and with our clients in the community/facilities that we service.

We apologize for a lack of communication and always look to satisfy our clients with the best possible service and will use your feedback to improve the quality of service that we will provide clients in the future.
